Swedish Massage
One of the most relaxing and popular types of massage that utilizes five basic techniques including, long gliding strokes, kneading of individual muscles, friction, petrissage, and tapotement.

Deep Tissue Massage
A massage technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the muscle fibers, tendons and fascia.

Chinese Cupping
A Chinese technique in which a small cup either glass or plastic is applied to the skin and the skin and superficial muscle layer is drawn into and held in the cup. The cup is typically moved while the suction of skin is active, causing a regional pulling of the skin and muscle. Historically used to treat a variety of ailments including, the common cold, respiratory disorders, digestive disorders and pain syndromes.
